Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide and use Royal Mail or Parcel Force services. Orders are sent recorded delivery with added insurance and may require a signature upon arrival.
If you have placed multiple orders within the same processing period, to help the environment and to lower emissions, your items will be sent in the same package.
Please note, international deliveries may require additional charges from customs. These charges vary depending on location, so please check your country’s policy before purchasing. Any extra charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
You will receive an email with tracking after your order has shipped. On very rare occasions, items may be delayed and we advise to allow up 6 weeks after the shipping date for the package to arrive. Please note it is your responsibility to make sure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Any unclaimed packages returned to us by local postal services will incur a delivery charge to be resent, these charges vary depending on location and on size of order.
