Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most destinations! We love the fact our dollies get to travel the world but unfortunately due to recent EU restrictions we are no longer able to ship to Europe.

We always send items with tracked delivery and quite often require a signature when they reach their destination. They are shipped in double walled boxes (or bubble wrapped envelopes for smaller items), so they are well protected on their way to you.

Please note, if you have placed multiple orders within our processing period, to help the environment and to lower emissions, your items will be sent in the same package.

 

What sizes are your dolls?

Our main sizes are the Full Size 20 inch dolls and the Mini 14 inch dolls but we also create smaller Tinies which can vary from 7- 9.5 inches.

 

Do you offer custom orders?

Custom orders are currently unavailable but please do reach out via the ‘contact us’ page and we will be happy to discuss whether we can help in some other way.

 

Do Velvet Rainbows dollies make good play toys?

Our dollies and textile sculptures are unique art pieces, intended as heirlooms and are designed for display only. They have small parts which can pose a choking hazard and are not suitable for little ones.

 

Do you sell your patterns?

We do not sell our patterns. All our designs are copyrighted and the property of Velvet Rainbows. We do not offer tutorials or tips on how to create cloth dolls and we do not disclosed our making methods.

 

Do you sell wholesale stock?

We do not currently sell pieces as wholesale but if you would like more info on buying larger quantities please get in touch via our Contact Us page.
